Built to be the calculator page you don't hate.
Calcura started from a simple annoyance: most calculator websites work fine, but they look like they haven't been touched since 2004. We wanted the same trustworthy math — mortgage payments, BMI, compound interest, percentages — wrapped in something that actually feels good to use.
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, stored, or shared — the arithmetic happens on your device, instantly, as you type.
How results are calculated
Each tool uses the standard, widely published formula for its category — for example the amortizing-loan formula for mortgages, the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for calorie needs, and the classic BMI formula (weight ÷ height²). We link to further reading on each calculator's page so you can check the method yourself.
A note on accuracy
Calcura's tools are built for quick, everyday estimates — not as a replacement for a financial advisor, doctor, dietitian, accountant, or tax professional. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.
